Working on commercials, brand films, product animation, and motion identity work for clients across Germany and Europe. Generative tools entered our production in 2023, not as a replacement for craft, but as one more instrument in the studio. Generative AI is one of the tools in our pipeline. Concept, direction, and post stay with our team.

How a project moves through the studio
01 Lens
Shots are composed in Krea Nodes and Kling with defined lens profiles, lighting setups, and motion paths before the first frame exists.
02 Reference
Image-to-video conditioned on real 3D renders, brand stills, or shoot frames. The video follows the reference, not the model's imagination.
03 Iteration
Each variant is a reproducible composition. We change one parameter at a time and roll back to any earlier state at will.
04 Direction
Every variant goes through a 908 director. AI proposes, the director decides, hard-coded into the workflow, not optional.
05 Post
DaVinci Resolve color, Fairlight audio, EBU R128 master, ACES color management. Hand-finished in the same pipeline as our non-AI work.
06 Delivery
Final assets in your formats with documented model provenance and rights. Ready for broadcast, social, or in-app.

Animation Cases
We start with a classic illustration, which is animated through simple shapes in After Effects, then rendered in Comfy UI. This gives us control in an AI enhanced workflow.
